Jack enters public accounting
Jack completes an internship at EY and is hired on full-time as a Staff Accountant. Steve continues building relationships with public accounting firms nationally.
Scaling up
Steve merges London Search Group with a larger firm and continues growing his practice. Jack is promoted to Senior Accountant at EY and joins their campus recruitment team.
The partnership begins
Steve and Jack meet and become fast friends. Steve hires Jack on the spot, and in just one year, revenues increase by 260%.
Expanding the network
With a growing team, they build their client base to over 30 public accounting firms nationally, while expanding into industry roles across Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.

Steve and Jack take a leap of faith to build the firm they always envisioned. One that puts the candidate first and becomes Canada's go-to resource for public accounting recruitment.
Expanding into the U.S.
A milestone year: strong performance and the official expansion into the U.S. market. Several experienced recruiters join the team to support growing demand on both sides of the border.
